Reset programme — Heart Health
Heart disease does not begin with the heart attack. It begins decades earlier.
The warning signs are already in your biology. Cardio-metabolic dysfunction starts silently — in your cells, your arteries, your metabolic pathways. We find it early. And we reverse it.

The programme
What conventional medicine misses
A standard cardiac checkup — ECG, cholesterol panel, blood pressure — is designed to identify disease that already exists. It is not designed to detect the decade of silent biological deterioration that precedes it.
Endothelial dysfunction, the earliest detectable stage of cardiovascular disease, is invisible on an ECG. Insulin resistance, which doubles cardiovascular risk, rarely appears in a standard fasting glucose. Chronic low-grade inflammation — the primary driver of plaque formation and arterial stiffness — is not measured in most routine blood panels.
By the time conventional medicine flags your cardiovascular risk, the biological process has been underway for years.
The Re:Set Cardio-Metabolic Health programme is built on a different premise: identify and reverse dysfunction before it becomes disease.

What we investigate
-
01
01 Advanced cardiovascular & metabolic markers
Beyond standard cholesterol — we assess ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, homocysteine, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, and a full lipid subfraction panel. These are the markers that predict cardiovascular events decades in advance.
-
02
02 OligoScan — cellular mineral mapping
Magnesium, potassium, and coenzyme Q10 deficiencies are directly linked to cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension, and impaired mitochondrial energy production. These are intracellular deficiencies that standard blood tests routinely miss.
-
03
03 Gut microbiome analysis
The gut-heart axis is one of the most significant recent discoveries in cardiovascular medicine. Specific bacterial profiles drive TMAO production — a compound directly associated with atherosclerosis. We map your microbiome as part of every cardio-metabolic assessment.
-
04
04 DNA profiling — cardiovascular risk genes
Your APOE variant, MTHFR status, and lipid metabolism gene variants determine your individual cardiovascular risk profile and your optimal preventive strategy. Knowing your genetic landscape changes everything about how we approach your protocol.
-
05
05 Metabolic age testing
Your biological cardiovascular age, determined by arterial stiffness and vascular function markers, may be significantly different from your chronological age. We measure it — and we work to reverse it.
The most powerful time to act on cardiovascular health is before the symptoms appear. Not after the stent. Not after the diagnosis. Now — when the biology is still reversible.
Outcomes
What changes.
Inflammation
Measurable reduction in hsCRP and inflammatory markers — the primary driver of arterial disease
Metabolic function
Improved insulin sensitivity, fasting glucose, and lipid profile
Energy
Restored mitochondrial efficiency means sustained energy without the afternoon crash
Blood pressure
Improved endothelial function and vascular tone in a significant proportion of clients
Recovery
Better cardiac recovery after exertion, travel, or stress
Long-term risk
A clinical picture that moves progressively away from cardiovascular and metabolic disease — measurably
Who this is for
Built for people who want a precise answer.
-
01
High-performing professionals with a family history of cardiac disease who want a preventive, precision approach
-
02
People with early metabolic risk — insulin resistance, high triglycerides, elevated hsCRP — who want root-cause correction rather than medication
-
03
Anyone who has been told their results are 'borderline' and advised to 'watch and wait' — and who wants to act now
-
04
Post-cardiac event clients seeking the most complete, science-backed recovery and prevention programme available
-
05
People with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes who want a functional, reversal-oriented approach
Can this replace my cardiologist?
No — and it is not designed to. The Re:Set programme operates alongside conventional cardiac care. Our functional medicine doctor works in complement with your cardiologist, addressing the nutritional, metabolic, and lifestyle drivers that conventional cardiology is not designed to investigate. If you are on cardiac medication, we work within that framework.
Is this only for people with existing heart problems?
No. This programme is most powerful as a preventive intervention — identifying and reversing sub-clinical dysfunction before it becomes clinical disease. Many of our clients have no diagnosed cardiac condition. They have a family history, a growing metabolic risk profile, or simply the clarity to invest in their long-term cardiovascular health before they have to.
Will I need to change my diet significantly?
Your clinical nutritionist will build a therapeutic nutrition protocol based on your assessment results — not a generic heart-healthy diet. Recommendations are specific to your genetic variants, inflammatory picture, microbiome findings, and metabolic profile. Changes will be meaningful but targeted.
